We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products.  If our products arrive damaged in any way or if you are dissatisfied with your order, please let us know so we can make it right. We will accept exchanges or returns for defective or broken products that may have been damaged en route. The product condition needs to be new and unopened, please allow between 10 and 30 days to process any refund requests.
